Tumble Evaluations

This season, we will focus on ensuring every athlete is placed in the team where they will thrive the most.

While we must work within the UK age grid and the permitted age divisions, there is some flexibility within those rules. Rather than placing athletes strictly by age alone, we will also be assessing their current skills and overall readiness.

During evaluations, all athletes will be assessed on their tumbling and stunting. This allows our coaching team to build the strongest possible teams and place athletes where they will be challenged, develop and contribute most effectively.

All athletes should attend the evaluation session for their own age division.

From there, our coaching team will assess each athlete's tumbling, stunting and overall ability before deciding whether they will remain in their age division or, where appropriate and permitted within the SCUK age grid, be moved up to an older…
